Contemporary Bar and Restaurant, located in the Grade 1 listed Britannia Pavilion. Offers a choice of either brasserie menu in the bar, or an extensive a la carte menu in the restaurant. An exclusive private function area is also available, overlooking fabulous views towards Liverpool's Three Graces.

Onlookers have spotted David Beckham, Sophie Dahl, Jordan, Anna Friel, Michael Owen, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sienna Miller.

The food and drink "manifesto" is based on regional American cuisine and demonstrates that "it has as much variety and depth as the finest of European, and particularly Mediterranean cuisine."
